Klaus Zabel

1st Vice President

Klaus spent his high school years in Dundas Ontario, then went to York University, graduating in 1973. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and spent the next 15 years working in Senior Financial positions for major corporations, mostly in the financial services industry.

After spending three or four years consulting to many of those same companies Klaus joined his wife’s financial services business which they managed until 2011 when they sold the business intending to retire. Instead Klaus got involved in a Harley Davidson dealership in Mississauga that a friend owned. He sold that business in 2017.

Klaus’s interest in horses and riding started ten years ago when his daughter Amber started riding as did  his wife Marlene and himself. As riding and showing became a bigger part of Amber’s life, horses and all things around horses became a bigger part of Klaus & Marlene’s lives.

In addition to supporting Amber’s showing what little free time Klaus has left is spent playing golf, riding his Harley, making furniture, reading and helping friends with business issues.
