Amateur & Youth AGMs
The OQHA AGM and Banquet is coming up this Saturday February 3rd, hosted as a hybrid of in-person and virtual. Shortly thereafter, the Amateur (OAQHA) and Youth (OQHYA) AGMs will be held. Both of these meetings will be held virtually via video call.
The Amateur AGM is scheduled for Tuesday February 6th at 7:30pm. Video Call linked here.

All stakeholders are encouraged to attend. These AGMs require a quorum to run so we sincerely ask all to mark their calendars to support the organizations and have a voice, regardless of whether you intend to volunteer or join the board for the season ahead. Please note that you must have your 2024 membership to vote or be eligible for election. Memberships can be purchased here.
Both the OAQHA and OQHYA will be voting in an entirely new board at the AGM, with all seats available for re-election. Both organizations are responsible for hosting critical events and initiatives and require a team of volunteers to deliver. We ask everyone who has capacity and passion to consider putting your hand up for one of the positions below:

- Director of Learning & Development
- Director of Community Building
- Director of Communication & Brand
- General Area Directors
- General Directors at Large
